AUSTRALIAN CUSTOMERS

Our warehouse and showroom is located on the Gold Coast,  Queensland, Australia. Orders are usually dispatched within twenty-four hours, subject to stock availability. You can select standard post or express post using Australia Post. For urgent orders there is the option of using Australia Post Express.

OVERSEAS CUSTOMERS

We ship to most countries using Fedex. Tracking information will be emailed to you at the time of dispatch. Fedex is the only international courier company that specialises in products containing lithium-ion batteries.
